Enter and View at Tendercare March 2026

This report presents the observations and insights obtained during the Enter and View visit. The findings represent the perspectives of those who shared their views with us during the visit and should not be considered reflective of all individuals within the service. We anticipate that the recommendations provided will contribute to strengthening service delivery and improving outcomes for the people who use the service.

Tendercare is located on a busy main road. The exterior of the building was clean, tidy, and appeared to be well maintained. The manager advised that Tendercare is registered to accommodate forty-six residents, including two double rooms. Not all bedrooms have en-suite facilities.
