AF said that HWS were hearing quite a bit on access to primary care. The telephone appointment system was failing and there was issues with appointments available in a timely way through internet booking. There were also issues with electronic prescription not been received by Pharmacy from GP. AF also said that there were delays in orthopaedic surgery.
