How Sandwell Council are helping financially. 
The Household Support Fund is money given to councils by the Government to help people in need of financial support. Here’s how, Funding food vouchers for 18,000children eligible for free school meals over the Christmas, February half-term and Easter holidays, helping low income households that missed out on the £650 Cost of Living payment, supporting care leavers, foster carers and special guardians, funding payments to households in financial crisis and much more. Lets Talk Service in Sandwell

“At Let’s Talk we support anyone 18+ that’s feeling lonely/isolated in the Black Country. I cover the Sandwell area. We offer up to 6, 1-1 sessions tailored to each individual. These are focused on building up their confidence/tackling barriers they are facing by signposting towards social activities, services and volunteering. We also support them into these by attending with them if needed.

We also have our own virtual and face to face group sessions and walks. There is no end date to these and they can attend for as long as they like!
